Walking, Running & Jogging

There are various routes which I have run in Wiltshire, Dorset and Devon. I’m most familiar with 3K, 5K, 10K & 15K Routes. and generally I log these on Strava so I’m able to show you my running availability if you want to signup to any of my Walking, Running or hill running services.

The different types of running styles are:

  • Jogging
  • Running
  • Intervals
  • Short distance
  • Long Distance

Styles are run at difference intensity levels.
